i read this from an email. guess there's no harm believing in it.
THE 7 DON'TS AFTER MEALS!
1) do not smoke! (you shouldn't even smoke in the first place)
2)Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be
bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before (???)
3)Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause
the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest. (i shan't drink tea next time)
4)Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be
twisted & blocked. (luckily i don't wear belts =))
5)Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the
amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive
system in our stomach. (it's okay... i bathe before i eat)
6)Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till
99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to
absorb the nutrition from the food we intake (never knew this....)
7)Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will
lead to gastric & infection in our intestine. (ah... at least i know this one.heh)

it's beeen sooooo looooonnnnnggggg since i posted anything. nth to post actually. so many of us are avid bloggers anyway. no use to keep posting.
hmm.
whole day of getting-back-exam-paper. hmm. got back some of the results. definitely not very good.
why am i not freaking out!? shit. guess i'm just so tired. drained from assessment week. but come to think of it... assessment week didn't drain me. guess i didn't even have the energy to begin with.
after 7 more days of school-going, it's gonna be the start of 10 weeks long of holidays. somehow, i don't have the usual anticipation i have for holidays. sigh. guess it's because i'm not going overseas. =(
10 long weeks. what am i going to do? hmm. guess i'd start off with a new blog skin. heh. (of course i'm going to get it from blogskins.com haha)
